These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use ofrepurposed.chatgenius24x7.com (the "Site"), operated as a platform for recorded, physician-facing medical education ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or purchasing AI Tutor credits, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You need an account, created via our authentication provider, to purchase or access any course or the AI Tutor. You are responsible for:
Accounts are personal to the individual who created them and may not be transferred or sold to another person.
To protect against account and password sharing, the Site enforces a single active session per account. Signing in on a new device or browser automatically signs out any other session currently using that account. This means simultaneous logins from multiple people using one account are not permitted, and sharing your login credentials with another person so they can use your account is a violation of these Terms. We log the IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamp of each login for this purpose and for the security reasons described in our Privacy Policy.
Course purchases are a one-time payment, not a subscription. When you buy a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view that course's video content and to use its AI Tutor features for as long as we continue to operate the Site and offer that course. This license is for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
We aim to keep purchased courses available indefinitely, but we do not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific course — a course could be removed or modified in the future (for example, if we lose the rights to distribute it), and in that event we will act reasonably, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Access to the AI Tutor (our RAG-based chat feature) is sold separately from course access, as a metered credit balance. Credits are purchased in packs and are consumed as you use the AI Tutor — each message you send costs a variable number of credits depending on the length of the question, the length of the answer, and the underlying AI model used to generate it.
The price you pay per credit reflects our own underlying costs for the AI models that power the AI Tutor plus a markup that lets us operate and improve the service; we do not publish a line-by-line breakdown of the underlying provider costs. Credit pack sizes and prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases; credits already purchased are honored at the credit amount stated when you bought them.
Credits are for use on the Site only, are non-transferable to another account, and (unless we state otherwise at checkout) do not expire — though we may, in the future, introduce an expiry policy for new purchases, which we will disclose before you buy.
All payments on the Site are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number or PayPal login credentials — PayPal handles that directly. We do retain records of your transactions (amount, date, PayPal transaction ID, and what you purchased) for accounting, support, and dispute-handling purposes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, including revoking access to purchased courses in cases of confirmed credential sharing or abuse.
The course content and AI Tutor answers on this Site are provided for general understanding and professional education only. This Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-support, and nothing on it — including anything generated by the AI Tutor — is a protocol for you to assemble, start, adjust, or administer.
The workshop material was written and delivered for physicians, not for patients or family members: every drug, dose and timing decision described in it was made by clinicians with full access to labs, imaging and medical history for a specific patient. Any patient should only start, stop, or adjust any drug under the supervision of their own treating doctor. This is not boilerplate caution — the workshop itself documents real cases of serious harm that occurred specifically because dosing decisions were made outside clinical supervision.
Clinicians using this Site remain solely responsible for their own clinical judgement and for the care of their own patients. Do not enter patient-identifying information into the AI Tutor (see our Privacy Policy, Section 2).
All course videos, transcripts, course materials, the Site's design, and associated trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you — you receive only the limited license described in Section 4.
The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including PayPal (payments), Bunny Stream (video hosting and delivery), and our AI chat backend together with underlying third-party AI model providers accessed via OpenRouter (AI Tutor chat). Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on what is shared with each of them.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that AI Tutor answers will always be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the Site adds features (such as Phase 2 AI Tutor billing changes) or as we finalize business decisions flagged above (such as the refund policy). We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where we operate the business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We are not asserting compliance with any specific jurisdiction's consumer-protection or data-protection regime here — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Questions about these Terms, a purchase, or your account can be sent to [email protected].
